Enquiries are stored in a Neon-hosted database and accessed through the website backend. Website hosting and database providers process the information needed to operate this service. Requests may also generate technical hosting logs.

Access and retention

Access to enquiries is protected through an owner access token. We retain enquiry information while it is needed to manage the conversation and any resulting work. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion.

Cookies and external links

This version does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies. WhatsApp links open an external service with its own privacy practices.
